Using a Facebook text, Base said that the whole mess is an original solution for Albin Kurt to save vaccines.
“An original solution to Albin Kurti how to save vaccines. With this influx of elderly people in a few days, you may not need vaccines that could wipe out”, he said.
On the other hand, Base has said the importance is not to accept Albania's help.
