The government has made decisions on general and specific measures for control, prevention and fighting of COVID-19 pandemics that take effect from May 31st.
This decision applies throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
2. Foreign citizen entering the Republic of Kosovo, including those with temporary or permanent permission in Kosovo, coming from high risk countries according to the ECDC official list, must have test RT- Negative PCR for COVID-19 made in the last 72 hours, based on the principle of reciprocity.
3. Exceptions from point 2 do:
3.1. If the foreign citizen enters Kosovo via airport or through land border points and leaves Kosovo within three hours through airport or land border points, provided he signs the declaration that he will release Kosovo within three (3) hours;
3.2. Foreign citizen who works as a professional transporter (vozitta), provided he respects the international transport protocol for protection from David-19;
3.3. Foreign citizen passing through Kosovo through transport organised by bus or regular international line, transit, provided the declaration is signed that he will issue Kosovo territory within five) hours;
3.4. Foreign diplomats accredited in Kosovo as well as their family members.
3.5. The person who has evidence of taking the vaccine against COVID-19.
3.6. Person with a positive result of serological antibodies test IgG released at least thirty days before arrival.
4. No entry into the Republic of Kosovo for people coming from India, Brazil and South Africa.
4.1 Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo coming from India, Brazil and South Africa
They must quarantine in their homes (place of residence) for fourteen (14)
days testing twice a week.
4.2. Point 4.1 is not valid for citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who stay transit (more
about 48 hours) in countries defined at 4.1 point in this decision.
4.3. Foreign diplomats are excluded from the scope of point 4 of this decision.
C. [Protection and security at work]
5. Pregnant women are released from their obligation to physically show off at work. Public or private employers are instructed to create an opportunity to work from home.
C. [General measures of protection and hygiene]
6. Public and private institutions and other subjects are occupied with hand and face-to-face disinfectants at accessible locations at the entrance to the object and at the interior environments.
7. Public and private institutions and other subjects are occupied so that, at the entrance of each object, they can set visible signs of the rules of conduct for protection from Covid-19 (including the sign of stopping access to objects without masks, observing distance).
8. The responsibilities of public and private institutions and other subjects are occupied to perform disinfectation and airs of closed spaces.
9. The mask kiss covering your nose and your mouth is mandatory, in all cases except:
9.1 walking alone in the outside environment;
9.2 While driving alone or in groups with no more than four (4) persons;
9.3 During running, cycling, and exercise;
9.4 Eating or drinking.

10. Public and private institutions of all educational levels continue to teach according to relevant guidelines for the education sector.
11. A student in a room is allowed to work according to order.
