LVV writes along with the video release that the numerator places signs on the voting sleep, while other numerators do not react.
“In these images clearly distinguishing the consumption of criminal acts from a counter that places signs on the ballots during the counting process, with the approval given quietly by other numerators, who appear to be in co-operation with him”, writes LVV in Albania.
Also, the numerator in question shortly after the count contacted the mobile phone, according to LLV, SP candidate in Gjirokastra County, Interior Minister Blendi Cuci.
After consuming criminal acts, the numerator contacts a telephone number marking the name of Interior Minister Blendy Cuci, who was also the Socialist Party candidate in Gjirokastra field”, wrote LVV.
Earlier, the Vetevendosje Movement has pressed charges of legal violations made by the counting centre commissions during the voting counting process. These violations include the failure of independent observers to enter counting centres, pressure not to document electoral crimes during the counting process, ignoring the requirements of three candidates from the vote counting commissions, etc.
