Lajcak promises candidate status after agreement

Emisari for dialogue says that with the reach of the agreement with Serbia, Kosovo gets candidate status for EU accession.

“No doubt about Kosovo's success in dialogue means becoming a candidate country and whatever comes with this. Kosovo has seen a number of concrete results since the start of the dialogue.
