The 57-page programme is organised in 18 areas of governance. The programme identifies two short-term priorities, COVID-19 pandemic management and economic recovery, and the two medium-term priorities, fighting corruption and economic reforms.
Eventually, the Kurti government will not survive former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's plan to build a highway in the Dukagjin area, reports news.
If the plan presented occurs, that highway will not be built in an imminent period, because the government's pledges are designed only to expand the national route Istog Istog l je-DecanãoGjakov-Prizren. The project, which will receive several million euros from the medium-term budgetary framework.
Even so, once the new government came to power, it found the design for this Highway on the table.
Over 1m euros have been spent on the implementation of this project.
So MlT, he had again made an announcement of contracting under negotiated procedure for the company “Infra Plus”, in terms of “setting up project for Istog-Paj Highway -Decan-Gjakov-Prince. That was after the extra work, which is 10 percent in quota. The total value of the contract is 102.834, 64 euros. The added kilometers have been in the Peja and Prizren area. The Peja municipality has been required to extend a key to Montenegro, and in Prizren there has been unprecedented extensions to Landovic. According to the company's measurements that are making the design, the entire construction of the highway, without expropriation, could cost about 4.5 million or 5 million miles [5 million km] of roads, which is about 500m euros.
In order to meet the positions for implementation of the “Auttostrada of Dukagini”, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport at the beginning of April 2019, had announced competition for 12 jobs:1. Reorganization manager, resystem expert/specialist, property apert/specialist, 2. Social expert, 3. Environmental expert, 4. NJZP Secretary/S, 5. Official/Administrative, 6. Economist/e, 7. Telecommunication expert, 8. Electronic specialist, 9. Heritage Protection Official, 10. Head of the technical sector (main Indigieer), 11. Engineer Resident, 12. Geodes. But it is not known whether this contest has been performed, as the ministry has no longer published any notice.
The AAK reasoned with the government's decision with the need for investments in the Dukagjin area, which has about 600,000 residents and with public consultations being held in these municipalities. According to them, violating this project is harmful to the economic development of this area.
Otherwise, in its 2021-2025 programme, the government has preceded the construction of a series of roads, in fact the continuation of some existing ones, such as “Enlargement of the Kijevo-Zahaq”, the “Pristina Highway Department ♫ Gjilan”, “Segment of the Besive-Merdar<5> Highway, <x>
