Initially, he has said dialogue should be well prepared and mutual recognition should be like epilogue.
“We want well prepared, principled dialogue as an equal pair. In which of course the essence is what has said not only the American leader Joe Biden but also many other world leaders that the solution is called in mutual recognition. Serbia does not recognise Kosovo or Kosovo-Serbia, but recognition is what will normalise reports in the Balkans. I am at the beginning of the mandate, the president of Serbia is at the end of the mandate. As you know, we have as a principle the internal reformation of Kosovo, which the people of Kosovo have also voted for, of which he said.
On the other hand, he has said he has informed leaders of greater European states that his government will have nothing inherited from past governments.
All of them realize that part of our victory is also the issue of our position against Serbia, although this has not been our priority in the campaign or in our governing programme. They realize that we will present our new stand, and we do not have any worthwhile inheritance. We have a new dialogue where Kosovo is now a party and the mediator or fascist is the EU”, he said.
