This is believed to have occurred after Kosovo has signed a mortorium for non-applicating for membership in international organisations in exchange for halting the recognition campaign from Serbia.
But, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti had publicly promised that he would not respect the September 4th Agreement reached in Washington, and with this disrespect Kosovo would not be obliged to stick to the agreement so as to apply for membership in Interpol, but also in Nesco.
Kurti had declared that “has nothing good in it [the September 4th agreement] and that it will be reviewed.
However, today's Jhelal Svechla statement gives indicators that the Kurti Government will respect this agreement despite the promise during the election campaign.
It will only be the last promise violated by Kurti, as his minister, Roseta Hajdari, yesterday, also voiced distrust of the extent of Serbia's Republic.
It is not known whether Kurti will continue to change attitudes, but until now it is known that Reciprocity, the Washington Agreement, the Embassy in Jerusalem, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the payment of energy to Serbs in the north are some of the issues his attitude has changed. /Periscopi /
