“On the other hand, Kraja said this agreement has been ratified in the Kosovo Assembly, but not in Serbia's.
According to him, the legal effect of the international agreement is invalid.

Juris and analysts, in school and without school, by their ignorance or by wanting to favour Serbia, put in the opinion a bullshit -- that the supposedly Brussels Agreement on Association, being international agreements -- is above all laws and on the Kosovo Constitution itself. No, no, that's not true! Because an international agreement comes into force after it is ratified by the parliaments of the two respective countries. The Brussels Agreement for Association has been ratified by the Assembly of Kosovo, but it has not been ratified by Serbia's Parliament, so its international legal effect is nul!
