For several months, groups that tourist, mountain walkers, climbers and tourist-recreasing service providers in Bjeshks and Nemuna are not being able to enter Kosovo, nor come out of Kosovo via the border with Albania or Montenegro.

Since 2008, the ease of crossing these groups has been regulated with a cross-border agreement between Kosovo, Albania and Montenegro. This agreement regulated the crossing of the border into green areas, and in this form different tourist groups promoted tourism and helps the country's economic development.

But this possibility was that climbers had access to mountainous cross-border areas and crossing the border out of customs at any time and the country already does not.

The Interior Ministry has abolished this decision, which has prompted Kosovo climbers' reactions.

Nazmi Hasanramaj, head of the Albin Pristina Club, has made a long post on Facebook and is addressing the Kosovo Presidency, the Government and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

This very normal and regulated passage is not allowed by law for several months; it is not allowed by the Kosovo Border Police. It just doesn't work. and damage to economic operators, clubs and independent guidas continue to rise. We don't know why, we don't know who's blocking the start of work and regular communication between citizens and police, we don't know who's taking responsibility for this meaningless act!

His full delivery, without interference:

Since 2008 Kosovo, Albania and Montenegro have cross-border agreements that regulate and enable border crossing through green areas. The word is for tourist groups, mountain walkers, mountaineers and tourist-recreasive services providers in Bjeshks and Nemuna; so it is regular and standard procedure that helps tourism and the economy, enabling circulation in cross-border mountain areas and crossing the border outside customs at any time or place. It's the mountain paths we use over the years that go from state to state, always in the service of tourism and resort; and it's this very network that included us in the international tourist service network.

If it applies to Montenegro's Border Police, the answer is not delayed and is always positive; so has it been on the part of Kosovo, our border police have always been correct and professional... but not now!

For several months this very normal and regulated passage is not allowed; it is not allowed by the Kosovo Border Police. It just doesn't work. and damage to economic operators, clubs and independent guidas continue to rise. We don't know why, we don't know who's blocking the start of the job and regular communication between citizens and police, we don't know who's taking responsibility for this nonsense!

Pandemia has hit the tourism sector so hard that many definitely colleagues have requested other surviving options, the rest of us continue efforts to return. This return is strongly hampered by these factors combined with the indiscretion of responsible officials, since we do not take responsibility for what is going on, our inability to find answers.

The regulation that has worked for years, a practice that has greatly helped tourism and the economy, the law approved by three states and promoted as extraordinary success. Today Kosovo no longer applies and has no answers why? We are on hold and have no response for tourist groups, we cannot make decisions and make tourist arrangements. We have separated from the richest tourist area in the region.

Who is responsible for the damage?

Who's taking over the reimbursement of the damaged operators?

What's your answer and when?
