Cases when Kosovo courts do not forgive, issue eternal sentences

The Constitutional Court in Prizren, sentenced former police officer Shefki Spahiun to life in prison for killing the late Jetmir Aliaj. The verdict was confirmed by the Court of Appeals in February 2021. The subject is now in a state of emergency in the Supreme Court.
