The Fiter Bajrami holiday has found former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders in The Hague, where they are in custody.
The Special Court has confirmed that even this holiday, former KLA leaders will be able to wait together.
“generally, the Unit for Pre-prison Management provides the well-being of prisoners in a safe environment. The detainees are provided with the opportunity to spend time together and celebrate holidays or special cases in line with the detention institution's regulation. These rules also envision the spiritual well-being of the detainees who can participate in available religious or spiritual services”, said the Special Court Information Office's response.
