By a reaction, KJK expresses dissatisfaction with this writing by announcing the broad opinion, including the media, that Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu's statements are unfounded and seriously damaging the independence of the judicial system, also conflicts with the division of powers, which these statements are considered direct interference in the work of the judiciary.
“Based in the Constitutions of the Law, the judicial system is fully independent institution in exercising its function and enjoys organisational, administrative and financial independence for the implementation of tasks defined by the Constitutions and by law, therefore respecting independence and the work of the judiciary is a must for all institutions of the Republic of Kosovo”, it is said further in response.
