Kosovo Judiciary Council ( The KCJ has held the 25th consecutive meeting, under the leadership of the Chief Chiefs, Skender Chocaj, with whom the cases have been discussed and approved in the agenda.

According to the KDP communiqué, the Council, reviewed the SKJK director's request for allowing TI supplements for a specific number of KDK and court officials, who, as a result of the MAP Commission's failure to operate, have remained unrecognised and distinguished by their colleagues. Also, for harmonising KDP's TI wages with KKP guys.

Council members reviewed and approved the Supreme Court's request for the appointment of Judge Maremaj as deputy chairman of the court.

Next, KDP members appointed the regular member of the Freedom Panel with the conditions delegated by the Court of Appeals, as well as the reserve member delegated by the Constitutional Court in Pristina.

At this same meeting, the Council appointed commissions for electing KDP members from the Constitutional Court, as well as June 8, 2021 for G. Th. Pristina and Gj. Th. Ferizaj, June 9, 2021 for G. Th. Drink, and D. Th. Prizren, June 10, 2021 for G. Th. Blood and Gj. Th. Gjilan, while on 21 June 2021 for the general election gathering of members. In this case, documentation necessary for the process was also approved.

KDEC members approved the announcement of the competition for presiding judge at the Constitutional Court at the Gjilan branch in Novoberda.

Also, the members appointed judges to the list of hetimare Fairs at the level of all courts.

Finally, the Council continued its closed - door meeting and considered two (2) disciplinary cases.
