Democratic Party of Kosovo head-in-chief Betim Djoshi has reacted to former Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's statement, which today said he cannot ask from a third state guarantees for the freedom protection of former KLA leaders being held in custody in The Hague, as there, according to Kurti, the Kosovo state is not being tried.
Among other things, Josh told Kurt to abandon the battle he has started with Vjosa Osmani against the state of Kosovo and against KLA.
Joshi, through a Facebook post, said the prime minister is wrong, because “in The Hague is being judged exactly the state of Kosovo”.
With this statement, you prime minister is leaving the state obligation to protect your people's struggle for freedom and independence”, Joshi wrote.
Total Joshi post:
No prime minister, you're wrong!
The very state of Kosovo is being tried in The Hague.
The fair fight for Kosovo's freedom is being tried in The Hague.
Kosovo Albanians' right to independent state is being judged in The Hague.
The help of the democratic world to stop genocide Serbia is also being tried in The Hague.
Through this statement, you prime minister is leaving the state obligation to protect your people's struggle for freedom and independence.
You are fleeing the protection of the founders of the state of Kosovo because you know that without the KLA none of us would live today in the Republic of Kosovo, but would most likely still be refugees in any country or farther away.
Do not deliberately play the ignorant.
Abandon your battle with Vjosa Osmani & Co against the state of Kosovo and against KLA” wrote Joshi.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, at the press conference following the government's meeting where the governing programme was approved, has also spoken about the possibility of ensuring the provisional release of KLA leaders, indicted by the Special Court and being held in custody in The Hague.
