31 counts have been filed towards the group arrested last week.
The charges included murder and extortion, but one of the least trusted was that suspects operated inside a cafe within the court.
Every day for more than three years, prosecutors, criminal prosecutors used this cafe, which authorities now say was managed by a powerful mafia clan.
Chief Prosecutor in Pottenza Francesco Curcio said: “They were in our house”, he also added that this event has raised concerns that criminal organisations are becoming more and more bold, “Something is not clearly functioning in antimafia” checks.
This Mafia family by connoisseurs is considered new compared to those Mafia groups that have been in existence for over 150 years.
