Inoculation of people over 65 years of age in Pristina continues, complaints over application

The co-ordinator of the Vaccination Centre in Pristina, Niman Bardhi, said more than 48 thousand people have been vaccinated so far.

“Even today, we are continuing with the vaccination of age citizens over 65 years of age currently until we speak in the 1 October hall, we have more than 180 people vaccinated. As we speak at the country level, then we have over 1900 already vaccinated. As we refer to statistics and totals from March 29th to today, we have over 48 thousand vaccines realised”, he said.

Hatage Dili from Pristina said the application process for it has not been difficult, but for older and illiterate people, it will be difficult to apply.

Hawa Ahmeti said that she had helped her niece with the application, but even though she applied on April 9th, they have now contacted her for inoculation.

My application process is easy because my niece has applied and these young people are easy to do, but many have delayed calling me. On April 9th, I applied, today's 20th, barely able to reach 74 years I have”, she said.

For the citizens' concerns, Vexination Centre co-ordinator “1 October”, Niman Bardi said he is hoping the application part will be eased.

“The information we have behind us, we are hoping that part will be eased and will be much easier for application for all citizens to have access to the link that is e-Kosovo”, he said.
