The request for the head of state's dismissal was signed by 49 deputies on the grounds that it violated the Constitution with its statements before and during the election process.
After the case is considered on the Investigative Commission, where an opinion from the Venice Commission will be taken from it will be passed to the Constitutional Court.
The latter will issue the final decision regarding the president's dismissal. The presidency, on the other hand, has made it clear that it will not recognise either any decisions or unconstitutional and anti-legal activities according to its one-way decision. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Rama invited Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha to join in electing the new president. /Euronews.al/
