The brigades from ad-Din al-Qassam, the armed arm of Palestinian Hamas movement that controls Gaza's Belt, announced a new wave of mass missiles of Israeli cities and military bases in response to Israeli attacks, the radio station Sawt Al-Aqsa reported today. “We are announcing the start of a large-scale missile response to attacks [...]
“We are announcing the start of a large-scale missile response to attacks on our people in Gaza last night and continued aggression against Palestinians”, the report said.
The radical members of Hamas said they attacked an Israeli ship off the coast of Palestinian enclaves.
Israeli command confirmed the attack on the ship, but declared Palestinians lost their target.
Brigades from ad-Din al-Kassam also said they promoted the Hazerim air base in southern Israel.
Similar attacks were carried out by Saraya al-Quds (The Jerusalem Brigade), the armed arm of the Palestinian group Islamic Jihad.
Palestinians are now bombing Israeli cities near the Gaza Strip, including Sderot, Ashkelon and Bathsheba.
There are also reports that militant group Commander-in-chief Saraya Al-Quds, Husam Abu Harbid, in charge of Palestinian resistance forces north of Gaza, was killed in an Israeli air strike in enclaves.
