Makolli's shift last year was fired from the position of Kosovo consul in Australia. But Makoli on the legal road had filed the request for revision of the decision made by former MPJD minister Glauk Konjufca, demanding his annulment. And his request, which was never rejected by the MPJD, the former consul says to have been approved in silence at all.

Last year, with Glauk Konjufca's decision, that world foreign ministry minister, had the decision to send Makolli out of the position of Kosovo consul in Canbera, Australia.

But, with that decision, Makoli had not agreed, who in June 2020 had sent Minister Melza Haradinaj- Stubula the request to review her predecessor's decision.

In his request, Makolli had argued that he was violated by fundamental freedoms and rights when he was dismissed from his position in Kosovo diplomacy and that the decision was clearly arbitrary and illegal.

The former Kosovo diplomat had asked former minister Haradinaj- Stubula to annul Konjufca's decision.

Makoli for Reporter.net that he considers the request granted in silence.

“On my 1506.20 request has never received an answer either to refuse, accept or even to announce the deadline for response. As a result of this amendment under the law for my administrative procedure, my request has been approved in general, as well as the ministry is obliged to issue proof of a silent application under administrative procedure law. Seeing that the ministry is reluctant to implement the law I have addressed to the minister, the secretary at the request for proof issuing, but I have accepted an answer from the staff office that is not a competent organ for this) that my subject was handled earlier”, Makolli said.

I answered by former Prime Minister Haradinaj-Subla never came.

The same request Makolli has been submitted to current MPJD Minister Donika Grovalla in April, which has been redeployed in May, since the latter is the only competent organ for this kind of procedure in this legal dispute.

With 18/05/2021, I made the second request for the release of my request for approval, where I addressed the minister. Gervalla, Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. I've been sending a letter to Xhazen Morina to inform the Prime Minister. It should be noted that after the Ministry's archive refused to officially accept my request (even this illegal thing), I submitted the same request with POSTE”, Makolli told Reporter.net.

The same as her predecessor, Minister Gervalla, who, although having spent nearly a month on the first preamble of demand, has not yet issued confirmation of Mako's return to work.

Neither the cabinet of Minister Gervalla nor the MPJD has answered the Reporter's questions.net if they will respond to the request that the former Kosovo diplomat has for this institution.

The Law on General Administratorial Procedure envisions the whole adoption of the side's demand if the public body does not announce the side to delay or act within the deadline.

All of this is also known to current Prime Minister Albin Kurti, whom Makolli has asked to fulfill his promise of law enforcement.

Makolli warns to sue MPJDs in case the proof of return to work is not issued.

I'm now waiting for the minister to reflect and give me veracity, but in case I don't act

Then he will follow legal procedures. So it's going to continue with the indictment, but at the same time it's going to have a criminal record against people who haven't acted, including the archiver who refused to accept the request which is completely illegal”, Makolli said.

The former Kosovo consul has already written to the ombudsman, Naim Celaj, informing him of what he accounts for as human rights violations.
