Kosovo's male complainer has reported that in the neighbourhood where he lives before the entrance of the facility, two masked persons have attempted to kidnap his son (age-11) but have failed, and suspects have fled in an unknown direction. According to the complainer, the boy does not need medical treatment because his condition is good. Random motive is unknown. The prosecutor has also been informed about the case, while police units are investigating the” case, police have announced.
