EU report: Final Kosovo- Serbia within the year

Today, the European Union Council Official Report has been published in the media, which speaks of the possibility of reaching a comprehensive and legally binding final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. This report was published after Josep Borrell's dinner with leaders of the Western Balkans.
