On Tuesday, the European official stayed in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Northern Macedonia, while visiting Albania and Kosovo on Wednesday, the European Commission had announced earlier.

During his visit to the region, Varhely will talk to local officials about the Corleone pandemic and the EU's support in this context, the report has said.

Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborship Varhely said that “I am traveling to the Western Balkans to deliver a clear message: We care!
