EU chief addresses criticism: You have not implemented five years of Constitutional Decision for Decani Monastery

He has said through a Twitter post that the decision has not been implemented, even though it has been five years since the Constitutional verdict, writes news.

According to him, Kosovo can only move forward by supporting rule of law as a fundamental democratic principle.
