A month after the dismissal, the Trepca board -- consisting of Ardian Syla, Naser Peci, Feriz Fetah and Esat Peci -- had indicted the Kurti Government for their dismissal at the Pristina Constitutional Court for Administrative Affairs, worth no specific dispute, writes Periskopi.

In the indictment provided by Periscope, former members of the Trepca Board ask the Kurti Government to cancel the 2802.20th verdict, whereby they were dismissed. In turn, they have stressed that there are none of the claims Prime Minister Roseta Hajdari had raised, which at the time led the Ministry of Economy.

Former Board members as well as judicial proceedings require the Kurti Government for all members to return to their jobs, compensationing all salaries from the date of their dismissal.

Meanwhile, Esat Peci, Ardian Syla, Feriz Fetah, Naser Peci, Xhafer Nuli, Shyqiri Sadiku, had been appointed board members by Haradinaj government.
After taking over power from Albin Kurti, all public enterprise boards were dismissed, including the Trepca board, even being renamed with members from his party Vetevendosje./Periscopi/
