Prime Minister Edi Rama through a Facebook status has said hundreds of American combat vehicles have reached port, a delocation that takes place for the first time since World War II, in Europe.
Over 1,000 Albanian troops will participate in the exercise, along with the armed forces of 16 other NATO allies.
A total of 28,000 troops will participate in the exercise, which will take place on several Albanian bases.
