Today they have reached 100, 620 Pfizer vaccines thanks to the Gavi Alliance of COVAX. Since the arrival of the first 24, 000 doses of the vaccine, followed by 38, 400 doses we received two weeks ago, and 15, 000 doses, which have been submitted so far by the European Union's Western Balkans Mechanism, vaccine teams across the country have vaccinated priority groups and chronically ill citizens, as defined in the State Vaccination Plan.
Vaccination is the essential tool and the best hope of ending the COVID-19 pandemic.
100, 620 vaccines obtained through COVAX are an important step in following the fast and constant vaccine plan, according to all security parameters and quality.
Anyway, the COVID-19 pandemic is not over yet. In the meantime, we will continue to keep the following measures of prevention from wearing masks, physical distance and good hygiene to limit the spread of the virus and contribute to the prevention of life loss and serious health complications caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
