Dr Lila was a science doctor, a specialist and a professor. He studied at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad. After three years of work in Novi Sad returns to Gjakova, the cotton plant “Emin Duraku”. In 1978, he began postgraduate studies and specialization from Labor Medicine.
