After the SBASK reactions Bajrami had stopped mentioning that item”, Pupovci said at RTV D.
He says this government provides for the teacher's assessment rather than testing, which, according to him, is also in the administrative directive.
The teacher's assessment will be made by the Inspectorate. The inspector collects the teacher's portfolio, goes on an hour to the educator, and other things that are part of the teaching system. This assessment eventually brings the teacher to one of three levels. Either it meets the criteria to a higher degree, or it meets them to a minimum degree, or does not meet the criteria at least”, he said, conveys Telegrafi.
Pupovci says that because of poor teaching performance, teachers can leave work.
Because of poor performance, not only teachers but any workers in Kosovo can leave. It envisions a one-year period for teachers who have been weak in appreciation for improvement, and if that teacher does not improve, he loses his work license”, Dukagjin Pupovci stated.
