The AAK candidate for Pristina chairman, Daut Haradinaj, has voiced confidence that they will not appear disappointed in local elections expected to be held in autumn this year.
Haradinaj, in Debat Plus at RTV Dukagjini, has stressed that he has seen the possibility he can do much for Pristina, and that is why he has resigned from the deputy post.

“I have resigned from the deputy, and I was in a coma without the possibility that I could do more for Pristina. We historically in local elections are serious, I am convinced that with great commitment and strong support we will not be disappointed in Pristina”, Haradinaj has said.

He added that he did not try to judge why we are not from Pristina we cannot run for president, saying that “and the prime minister is not from Pristina, but the government with Kosovo”.

Haradinaj added that he is working to get Pristina's presidential local elections to go to the runoff.
“Pristina needs a good manager. My attempt is in the wake of the” runoff, he said.

Haradinaj has said the AAK will also have candidates in Malisheva, Prizren and Gjilan, meanwhile, for the Faithful Tahiri candidacy for Podujevo, said it is a good choice.
