Haradinaj said that at the time Kosovo is making efforts to empower the army the minister is banning generals of Army, cars.
He stressed that government officials are heading to the coast with official cars even sending their children to gardens with the same cars.
Haradinaj called on the minister to reflect his actions, because with that it is not doing Kosovo or the country's military honour.
