Embassys of QUINT Countries ( The US, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy) through a joint statement have said the main evidence of the new government's determination is the implementation of the Constitutional Court's decision on the land of the Decani Monastery.
In the joint declaration of mission chiefs it is said to respect the rule of law is an obligation for all governments.
On March 22nd, a new Government was appointed with a strong reform mandate and respect for rule of law. A key test of his determination will be the implementation of the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision in May 2016 on the census of the Decani Monastery. Respecting the rule of law is an obligation for all governments. Chiefs of Missions of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States strongly encourage the Government of Kosovo to continue without further delays with legal registration in line with the Constitutional Court's decision”, the QUINT State Declaration said.
