LVV MP Nijazi Isaac has raised the issue of ethics, citing the RTK director's statement Mentor Shala, who by the time the winner Vetesote was released had written “Russia won”.
What Basota said is the individual's personal matter and that he has not seen the declaration he was quoted for.
It's a personal matter of the individual. I haven't even seen that statement. I wasn't interested... I can examine you on board. It's off the subject, it's not in the report. I don't do this. Tomorrow if we're asked to examine”, Basota said.
The commission's chairman, Daorsa Kica, has reacted to this, which said the board should not stand neutral before such statements.
Position member Besim Muzaqi has been interested in expanding the network across Kosovo and increasing capacities. According to him, there are little cultural and educational emissions.
The director of this case RTK's Victor Kastrati said they are working towards improving and expanding the network.
Alliance for the Future of Kosovo member Besnik Tahiri said the public broadcaster has no object and continues to have a funding problem.
He has had criticism of the report, since, as he said, they are not included in the report.
While opposition member Agim Veliu has stressed that on the basis of the report, why public debate has been announced, citizens have not participated.
“In public debate have not participated. Even though there weren't any interested ones. Have the board and management researched what the reasons citizens do not participate in the debate on RTK report” have asked Veliu.
In this regard, Basota has added that on the matter of Mentor Shala's statement, the director Kostarim Kastrati has also responded, who faced LVV members. Mayor Daorsa Kica has asked Kastrati to lower his voice because otherwise she has to release the meeting.
“E has removed the post, does not facebook”, Kastrati said.
