The AKP board publicly invites the task of Vetevendosje Parliamentary Group chief Mimoza Kusari-Lila and LVV GP deputies within the commission to make public what concrete part of the Annual Labour Report argues their position for lack of performance of the Agency.
Furthermore, the AKP Board finds that public statements about poor performance are unfounded and biased, and the political positions of only one parliamentary group.
It is a regret that, in the absence of facts and arguments for professional assessment of the Annual Report, MPs from a parliamentary group use strange, generalised and unintelligible political arguments for us and public opinion, trying to tarnish the work of dedication to the entire agency staff, which was developed under non-mature circumstances that characterized 2020.
The Board of Directors and Management holds responsibility for each action and activity presented in the 2020 Annual Report, and with moral and legal responsibilities we stress that even despite the serious circumstances the country has faced as a result of the Washington-19 pandemic, during 2020 the Agency has made the best possible reform performance in those circumstances.
The only negative indicators, which have not been hidden, but are also reflected in the Annual Report, are the decline of revenues as a result of the Government's decision No.02/15 of the date 23.03.2020 and the government's decision No.07/09 of the 01.07.2020 for suspending all operations regarding property in management and suspension of all sales waves that continue to be in force today. So if for the LVV chairman's post, this is called the AKP's poor performance, then the Board invites him who, with its political and professional courage, has the responsibility to look for him where he also has the real and legal source”, the AKP Board's reaction concludes.
Otherwise, LVV's recommendations not to support and adopt the AKP's work report, and the AKP Board's dismissal has been approved and forwarded to the Kosovo Assembly session, which has opened the way for the government to propose the new board.
