Many businesses did not receive 290 euros for workers

So why many businesses that never stopped working in the pandemic received financial support from the state from the labor measure of 290 euros, some individual businesses that were closed because of restrictive measures have never managed to get that support. One of these individual businesses is also “
One of these individual businesses is also “Moda sebby” from Gjilan, which did not receive a cent, and has made several complaints at the Ministry of Finance and Kosovo Tax Administration.
The latter agree that there are still some businesses that have not benefited from the measure, but say they are considering their complaints by the relevant Commission and will receive quick answers.
Tansu Emini from “Moda Sebby” shows that it is a payment tax for more than 12 years, and remains discriminated against by the state over those businesses that earned nearly 1m euros and were not closed in pandemic times.
Emini points out that out of ten euros they are obliged to pay every month for the business bank card, on the other hand, no cent received from the state, even though it was criteria from ATK for the card.
There are two employees, two business officers, me and Dad, registered we are, from October we have been told by business accounts. Three times we've filed complaints, but from October 16th to today the money hasn't come out, so no cents, just the one out of 170, nothing else... (3;07) They've been working on money, while we've been working on most of the colleagues we're in with indoors, only two people have taken the money, 20 not”, Emini points out.
ATK spokeswoman Valentina Bytyqi-Sefa stresses that each taxpayer who has failed to receive 290 euros' support must initially file complaints, which are soon reviewed by the relevant Commission.
It has encouraged taxpayers in question and all other taxpayers who have not yet been able to communicate with the Commission or make part of the complaint.
“All businesses that have refreshed their data automatically received, while businesses that have not filled out their data they have certainly not received... For the case in question because of privacy, but we've addressed the current commission and very soon we'll have an answer to verify if business is out of the way. We have many cases, even individuals who have applied to the relevant Commission that they have not exceeded their means. But after verification, the vehicles have already passed through the period specified in the account, perhaps even failing to identify them because of the flow of other means, but perhaps because of their lack of care for verification. Whatever the case is in question we'll soon be able to inform you, but with authorization”, says Bytyqi Sefa.
While, the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers has not responded to the implementation of this move and the number of complaints in the ministry.
Former Finance Minister Haki Shatri is saying that there is no exception to the possibility of cheating on some businesses that have no state-profit connection, as well as regular taxpayers.
Some have prosecuted late, some more updated and introduced their data... Someone has even recognized the state institutions and more easily penetrates, some sʹ forth and paid their dues, and there has been a need to recognize those people personally and those who normally have a trick on the cap there”, Shatri stressed.
On September 28, 2020, the Hoti Government had at the time made a decision to allocate 60m euros for subsidisation of the salaries of active businesses.
Former Finance Minister Hykemete Bajrami had said at the time that these vehicles were separated from the Government of Kosovo's Economic Recovery Fund on the basis of the list of registered workers holding companies. For these businesses, from this Fund, which amounts to over 350m euros, will be allocated 60m euros. Also, according to its statement, on the list of beneficiaries of this amount of 60m euros is over 900,000 businesses with over 200,000 workers.
Days ago, the current Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers has published the 50-profit list for workers.
