After weeks of doubt about the new variants of Coddy-19, O BSH has provided an answer to whether or not functional vaccines are available or can be created.
Hans Kluge, Europe's regional director of the World Health Organisation, confirmed that all approved vaccines respond to all versions of the virus. Speaking at a press conference yesterday, he said:
All variants of the Tyvid-19 virus can be controlled in the same way as public health and social measures. The approved vaccines respond to all variants of the Covid-19 virus that have so far emerged”.
So far there is still no study proving that vaccines are functional towards the Indian virus, which is causing many victims.
The World Health Organization has approved some vaccines for emergency use: Pfizer, Modernna, Johnson&Johnson, AstraZeneca and finally Sinovac's Chinese vaccine.
A considerable number of countries, including Albania, also use Russian vaccine Sputnik V.
