Borrell: Kosovo has met all visa criteria, we must advance this issue

EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Joseph Borell, citing a different approach to the Western Balkans, has also cited the issue of visa liberalisation for Kosovo, in which he said the European union should reflect on the issue.

Borell made these statements through a writing, until he mentioned the modemation of another meeting at the high level of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
