Borrell backs abolishing visas for Kosovo

Borrell has also spoken of the dialogue process, suggesting that another Kosovo-Serbia summit will be held in June, not to mention the exact date.
Otherwise, Kosovo is the last country in the Western Balkans region to not enjoy the right to full freedom of movement in European Union countries.
