Border tax removal with Montenegro warned by June 15th

Representatives of this municipality in Pristina today have unveiled facilities and investments on the Ulcinj coast, until they have also warned an agreement between the Kosovo Bureau of Insurance and the Montenegrin Bureau for the removal of border tax by mid-June.

Ulcinj Mayor Aleksandar Dabovic said the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in this municipality has made all attention focused on the tourist season.

Ulcinj municipality deputy head Astrit Hoxha said that so far in Ulcinj they have been vaccinated against COVID-19 over 35 percent of the population, until it is a plan to vaccinate tourism workers by June 10th.

Tourist Organisation in Ulcinj Director Guzim Hajdaraga has unveiled some of the cultural activities organised for tourists. He said their focus is also on developing cultural tourism.

He said they are working to clear the border police's payment, as well as only one-sided border control with the aim of eliminating the wait.
