Bislimi, through a Facebook post, has said that Prime Minister Kurti and a part of the ministers, released key elements of the programme and priorities for the next four years.
“Vetevendosje Movement has been introduced to the February 2021 campaign with a programme that has managed to get around 50.8.8% of the support of Kosovo citizens (5.8% if we share reserved seats). Kurti's government feels obligated to those voters to implement the same program, so these voters have the right to criticize us and come up with suggestions every time they create the impression that we have strayed from those promises. Paradoxically the biggest worries of “mos-ex2> implementation of the programme are not coming from voters of this programme, but from its main opponents, Bislimi wrote.

“D THROUGHOUT FROM DEBAT I MBI CEVIAL PREWING CECTIZED WHEN 2
Today in the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, Kurti 2. Prime Minister Kurti and a part of the ministers have publicly released key elements of the programme and priorities for the next four years. From the discussions of MPs and the reactions of some Sosh I want to select ten more significant moments:
1. Some MPs, representatives of opposition parties consistently named the government programme presented more as a list of wishes, alluding here to its incompatibility. It means that they did not contest its substance, but the level of ambition expressed in it. Perhaps unconsciously, they give such comments a powerful compliment to this program. They actually find that this program is extremely good to implement. Of course, we agree with the context in which they draw this conclusion. A political subject who, having half the government at Kurti 1, out of 125 government decisions, had shares in only 11 soos (or 9 per cent), naturally viewing it as too ambitious. At their pace of action, it would probably take 12 years for its full implementation.
2. It was mentioned by Mr. Arben Gashi of the LDK parliamentary group, which on February 14th citizens have voted for change, and this will probably be remembered as this MP's only precise appointment in the last 12 months. Such a conclusion, though not new, is repeated repeatedly by all, both locals and internationals. But there's no point in figuring out citizens for change, and continuing as if nothing happened. When citizens have voted on demand for change, the majority of the current LDK dupties have been in the government. And that's right, citizens have decided to turn them away from decision-making. So it's paradoxical that two minutes after the completion of the change, Mr. Chairman, Bajrami, as the minister which citizens have decided to dismiss, and to share advice on how the new finance minister should act. It would be much better for the same MPs, perhaps looking at the resolutions of parliamentary sessions (and their evolution in them), to understand how the outcome of February 14th came, and with little luck to project the expected outcome in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
3. It was repeated by several opposition deputies concerned about “discontent” with this governing programme of citizens who had voted for change. Paradoxically, deputies like Mr. Haradinaj voluntarily put himself in the role of the VV voter defence lawyer, protecting “from the government they have voted on. By thus alluding to an inexplicable situation, where VV voters go and “are reported” to Haradinaj and other opposition deputies for the deficits of our government programme.
4. To date, all opposition MPs have complained of delays in bringing the programme to the government, to see and hear the same day, LDK deputy Mr. Arben Gashi complaining about the urgent behaviour of the programme in the assembly. Even claiming he's been secretly discussed in a session that's being broadcast live on TV. This delay noise has a reasoning in it. All past governments have come up in electoral campaigns with “programming” full of electoral dreams, such as impressive economic growth, softening up to the cotton of unemployment and poverty, visa liberalisation and membership in international organisations, increased wage and similar sonar, to forget completely that the first Monday after holding elections. As the election ends, it is down and written “program” four years old. Logically, a similar move has also been expected by Vetevendosje, and the emphasis of the same priorities from Vevetvendosje both before and after the elections, has left the opposition deputies with the only non-x4> rationalization”: what we have to do with a list of wishes.
5. The Vetevendosje movement has joined the February 2021 campaign with a programme that has managed to get about 50.28% of the support of Kosovo citizens (5.8% if we share reserved seats). Kurti's government feels obligated to these voters to implement the same programme, so these voters have the right to criticize us and come up with suggestions every time they create the impression that we have strayed from those promises. Paradoxically, the greatest concerns for “mos-ex1> implementation of the programme are not coming from voters of this programme, but from its main opponents.
6. It's very important to stress the order of things, governments as a rule first come out of schedule and then have four years to implement the same. Today, the opposition is trying to turn the system upside down, as it is waiting for us to meet the overall programme first and then come with the governing programme. It is irrational that today, on the day of the debate on the program, the program has been assessed or implemented.
