The new Coronavirus, which causes COVID-19, first appeared in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019.

Agencies should redouble their efforts to collect and analyse information that could bring us an outcome and report in 90 days”, Biden said in a statement issued by the White House.

According to Beden, agencies are currently divided to the potential source of the virus that swept the planet over the past year, killing more than 3.4 million people.

The U.S. administration is responding to internal and international concerns about the origin of the coronary and to pressure China to be transparent about the explosion.

Republicans, including former American President Donald Trump, have promoted the theory that the virus emerged from a laboratory accident.

Biden found that two of the 18 intelligence agencies are more likely to point from the origin of the animal of the Coronobrus and “one more tilt” in laboratory theory.

Each of these agencies has “low or moderate confidence” in these theories, according to Biden.

The president instructed US national labs to assist the investigation and called on China to co-operate with international investigations into the origin of pandemic.
