The United States of America increases pressure on Israel. President Joe Biden has asked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “for a significant decrease in escalation” in the conflict with the Gaza Belt.

The White House head thus promotes finding a path to the ceasefire. This stance is an indication that Biden is losing patience with Netanyah, a leader who has known him for four decades. This came after the Israeli prime minister showed no signs of surrender as he spoke of conquest.

There are only two ways we can deal with them. Either we can invade and this is always an open opportunity, or we can prevent them, and now we're vigorously following this second one. But I must say that we do not rule anything out”, Prime Minister Netanyahu said.

On the Palestinian side, rhetoric was focused on resolving international conflict with aid. According to them, peace in the region is achieved by ending Israel's invasion of land.

Our <x0... our work is focused on stopping Israel's aggression against our people in Jerusalem, the West Coast and Gaza”, the president of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, declared.

The conflict also appears to have spread to Lebanon, where rockets were launched toward Israel. Tel Aviv's army responded with artillery bombings. The situation still follows between Israel and Palestinian militants, writes a2news. At least 219 people, including 100 children and women, were killed in Gaza.

This, according to us, reflects their”. They're destroying houses while residents are inside; citizens leave their homes at night; elderly people's children are terrified”, says Ahmad, owner of a destroyed residence.

Fear also exists in Israel, as Hamas does not prevent missile attacks. Twelve are the victims, among them two children.

We've been in this situation for almost 20 years. Children suffer anxiety, are afraid to sleep in their own home. As you can see, we are standing in a shelter and we hope for the best”, Nathanael says.

Thousands are the missiles released by Israel and Palestine. Tel Aviv's army has launched and sea patrols near Gaza. Despite international calls, the parties are closer to war than the ceasefire.
