After an investigation found out that the BBC had acted below standards, Prince William said that “was sad” when he realized that Princess Diana [Diana] had never known she had been deceived.
He said his mother had been deceived by “not only by a fraudulent journalist”, but also by the BBC chiefs, Periscope is being conveyed by the BBC.
Metropolitan police said they would assess the new report, as they had earlier refused to launch a criminal investigation into the case.
The Duke of Susex, Prince Harry, had blamed the toxic media culture for his mother's death.
In a statement shared by Brother William, Harry said the <x0 effect of a culture of non-ethical exploitation and practices” eventually led to the death of the mother.
Our mother lost her life because of this, and that can't be changed. By defending her heritage, we protect each one, and protect the dignity with which she lived her life,” he said.
The BBC has written an apology for Prince William and Prince Harry, and so has Prince of Wales Charles and Diana's brother Earl Spencer.
The independent investigation had found interviewer Martin Bashir acting “misleading” and using false documents to reach the interview. /Periscope
