He has estimated that health priority was placed for the first time in the war even though this was actually imposed because of the David-19 pandemic.

The health fund in recent years was the lowest per capita resident in Europe. Infrastructure was inadequate. There was no strategic plan for human resources... Avdyli, follow Periscope.

Then, Mr. Avdyli said there would be no health insurance in the short term, blaming past governments.

In 2017 this health information system was destroyed. And then, I guess we'll soon have health insurance... This neglected system for 20 years was hard to deal with. There were some good steps, but then citizens were given the mercy of fate,” he said.

Avdyli also accused the government Hoti of leaving the country without a vaccine, even though it has not done so even the Kurti Government has so far received only help from the COVAX programme and others. /Periscope
