Morocco has been held responsible for inciting terrorism crime, as well as propaganda and inciting crime to crime due to racial, ethnic and religious discrimination.

Investigations revealed that the imam was calling for the Vatican's destruction and expressing admiration for Osama Bin Laden and Mohammed Atta, respectively, defined as defender of Islam and a person who respects the most authentic principles.

According to what emerged from the Carabinieri investigations, the detainee repeatedly expressed the will to perform martyrdom in the name of jihad through terrorist attacks with the use of firearms, explosives or motor vehicles, also showing disappointment with the Judiciary Authority, held responsible for their detention, with retaliatory purposes against the Turin Court.

His arrest was carried out by Ross's Carabiiniers following the detention order, issued by the Turin Court at the request of the local prosecutor. / A2 CNN
