The Court of Appeals has decided to bring down Rudolph Nicholl's request to be admitted to a psychiatric hospital.

Rudolf Nikollaj's lawyer, who on April 19th stabbed five people at the Dine Hoxha mosque in Tirana, sought release from his cell and lying in his psychiatric hospital. Lawyer Isuf Shehi filed the request at the Tirana Court of Appeal, where he sought out Rudolf Nikollaj's expansion and treatment at the psychiatric hospital.
