More than 350 first-changing miners have not entered the Trepca Mine horizons in Stanton at all today, while insisting on getting back to work after receiving salaries.
The news has made it known about KosovaPress Gani Osmani, chairman of the labour union of the company.
According to him, workers are determined not to continue working until salaries are done.
From May 7-10th, we had to get our salaries for last month. They were not, so the workers refused to work. Tomorrow it's garbage, and besides family obligations, we have obligations to banks because almost all workers are on credit. There are nearly 350 first-changing workers who have returned to their homes, and are determined not to return to work without taking their salaries”, Osmani said.
And I.D. The director of the mine with flotilla at the company, Nexhat Dedia, has confirmed Kosovo's boycott of work by miners.
He stressed that production has gone smoothly, the concentration of whose means miners receive wages has been sold, and are now pending.
Dedia voiced optimism that the Swiss company, which buys the mall from Trepca, will carry out the financial duty during the day so that miners as soon as they continue their work in the mine.
