Currently in Kosovo there are 3 thousand and 695 active cases with COVID-19.
After a long time, the Kosovo National Public Health Institute ( On Saturday, IKPK reported that there is no case of death as a result of COVID-19 infection.
But from March 22nd, 2020, when the first case of death was marked because of COVID-19 to date, there are 2 thousand and 239 citizens who have been killed by COVID-19.
The Corona virus infected 107 thousand and 279 people in Kosovo.
And in the latest report, IKPK reported 35 new positive cases with the Corona virus.
“over the last 24 hours, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSCK and private labs with RT- PCR, as well as private and public labs with the RRA method, have tested a total of 3,199 samples taken by SSKKUK and tracking ground-related contacts, resulting in 35 positive cases. In 24 hours no cases of SARS deaths were reported CoV-2 positive. The total number of positive cases is 107.213 cases out of 588,812 suspicious persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 2,239 death cases”, said the latest IKSHPK report.
During the last 24 hours, 180 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 101,279, whereas the active number of cases is 3,695.
The positive cases are from the municipalities: Pristina 9 cases, Ferizaj 4 cases, Lipjan 4 cases, Mitrovica 4 cases, Kline 2 cases, Obilic 2 cases, Prizren 2 cases, and, in one case, Gjakova municipalities, Gjilan, Malisheva, Peja, Podujevo, Rahovec, Shtime and Year.
