100 million a year for KSF: How Kurti had missed 200 million of the army for just one month

For the first time, Kosovo's budget for the KSF appears to be 100m euros, and that in pandemic times where the damages to the economy are extremely serious. Kurti's non-satisity with the country's budget has also been seen from the huge delay of nearly 50 days for drafting the government programme.
However, something even more serious had happened in the early elections of October 6, 2019, in which Kurt was making his promises.
Here's a writing at that time campaign where Kurt had lost no less than 200 million KSF euros in less than a month:
Article:
Albin Kurti, chairman of Vetevendosje and candidate for prime minister, in today's Devat Plus edition of RTV Dukagjini promised 400m euros for the Kosovo Security Force.
But there is a problem.
He, in direct conversation with citizens on August 22nd, had promised 600 million, thus making a huge failure for a candidate who sought a top state position.
Kurti, in the August 22nd conversation that was broadcast live on Facebook, said 60m euros a year were little for the Kosovo Army.
He said he would allocate no less than 150m euros to the army of our state, meaning 600m euros for the four-year term. But he reduced the budget to 200m euros for the Kosovo Army.
In a Twitter post and later in the interview, he stated that he would allocate from 100m euros a year, or a total of 400 million for the next four years, Periscope writes.
#Kosovo cannot stand only by while the nine regions invest billions in military hardware. Together with our secrets we must drive our keys to stay on our own. We will invest 400 million euros in our arms for the next 4 years and money #NATO Remember to see peace.

Such a slide in just one month shows that Vetevendosje's plan for governance is too inconsistent. The figure we're talking about is too high, 200 million, which disappear from a single word.
The use of public money has been a major problem with the governments up - to - date but resulting in a specific lack of long - term planning.
Kurti has promised great budget growth for other sectors as well, specifically mentioning that of justice, but without telling which sectors will be affected by these dangerous budgetary movements.
Kosovo's budget is currently 1.9 billion euros. /Periscopi/
