Zemaj said there are lower tests and hiding the number of positive cases with COVID-19.

Immediately, it has been the reaction of Health Minister Arben Vitita, who Zemaj's statements called it slander.

The minister of Health criticised Zemaj for halving the budget in the municipality at the time it was at the helm of the Ministry of Health, citing statements for the construction of the Podujevo hospital and the Covis Hospital, which Vitita said caused damage to the state budget.
