Three weddings in Suhareka have been banned by Kosovo Police. This was after the Kosovo government left behind the following week decided that the weddings would be organised with only 10 people participating.

On April 11, 2021, police in Suhareka had received information that in three cases there was a family party (dasma) gathering in opposition to Government decision No. 0105 and law No.07/ L-006 for the prevention and combating of COVID-19. In these cases police had immediately been exiled, halting immediate activity and acting under the law, where, according to provisions, organisers have been punished with the 200 euro-” ticket, Kosovo Police have announced.
